Do you have a catalog?Sorry, we do not. The closest thing we have to a full catalog is the products page in this website. We do have what we call a line card listing all of the different brands we carry and will send it to you upon request. Why is there no pricing on your pages?The first reason is that prices on many products change on a constant basis. Promotions by manufacturers and distributors as well as in store specials all have effect on product pricing. Keeping this information up to date on this site would be a monumental task. The second reason is that we see many people using the Internet to shop "on price only". Many of them do not realize the costs incurred (shipping, handling, and assembly) by a servicing dealer. We make it clear we have no intentions of getting into price wars with others who offer the same services we do. Back to Top
Do you offer financing or layaway? Absolutely. We offer numerous financing options from "90 Days Same as Cash" to 60-Month Loan and Lease Plans. We work with multiple financing institutions to insure you get the best rates available. We also offer in-house Layaway Plans up to 120 days. Do you offer warranty repair service? Yes we do. We are a full warranty service center for all of the wholegoods listed on our products page and then some. Do you offer product demonstrations? Yes, demonstration units are available on many of the product lines we carry. This service primarily leans to the higher end commercial application equipment rather than homeowner products. We even offer and supply loaner units after the sale on some brands, depending on the manufacturer or distributor program, in the event of a problem. Do you offer price breaks on quantity purchasing? We offer competitive pricing on all the products we handle. In the event of a large purchase we would be more than willing to bid on any of your needs. We also offer price incentives to all governmental agencies, municipalities, and tax-supported non-profit organizations. How long does it take to get a piece of equipment repaired? Many facets enter into this question. Time of year, type of problem, parts needed, etc. all have a bearing on the answer. The general rule is on consumer units during the winter when usage of equipment is less we run about three days to a week on most repairs. During the spring and summer this time frame can easily expand to two weeks depending on the volume of equipment needing attention. On commercial accounts we emphasize a 48 to 72 hour turnaround depending on the problem. We will always ask how quickly you need the product up and running and endeavor to do our best to accomplish this goal. One thing to remember is that products retailed through our facility take precedence on the repair schedule versus units purchased elsewhere. Do you offer pick up and delivery service on equipment repairs? Not as a general rule. If we sell a product and arrange for this type of service up front, then the answer is yes. If we did not sell the product then we can, in certain instances and for a nominal fee, pick up and deliver within 12 miles of our facility. How long does it take to get special order parts? We carry an immense supply of spare parts in stock for all the products we handle. Our rule of thumb is that if we have sold a part three times in a year we stock it. On occasion due to new models, design changes, etc. we may not have what you want in stock. In this event our parts department will get you what you need in the most expeditious manner. We can arrange options for you such as UPS 1st or 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or Standard (7-10 days). On occasion we do. In some cases it is due to a manufacturers program which guarantees a specified trade-in dollar amount against certain models within their product line. We are also open to discussing trade-in units with customers who wish to purchase new equipment. If this happens to be your case, bring in your piece of equipment - we will take a look at it and establish a fair market value. Under no circumstances do we purchase used equipment outright. Yes, we do. Many times we will have in our inventory some good solid pieces of used equipment. We will only sell a used unit after our service department has gone through it completely and signs it off as ready for sale. Can you ship parts, accessories, etc. to my location? No problem. We have complete UPS service as well as LTL truck shipments going out of our facility on a regular basis.
