We offer sharpenings of all types - rotary blades, shears, reel mowers (a dying art in some areas), and chipper knives. Our Service Manager, Paul DuChene, has been with us since our inception in 1975. His watchful eye is in constant contact with both product repairs and updates regarding warranty situations. We view parts sales as importantly as we view equipment sales. We understand the frustrations associated with purchasing a product only to find out down the road when it needs a part it can take weeks or months to get. This is why we stock an enormous supply of replacement parts on all the products we retail. It is also why we emphasize the sales of certain brands versus others. We know which manufacturers are concerned, and which are not, when it comes to replacement parts availability. Although we cannot guarantee we will have every part you may ever need in stock at any time, we can assure you we will get what you're looking for in the timeliest manner. That's our promise.
Our Parts Manager Steve King is an expert at finding and facilitating all parts orders. He prides himself on finding even outdated obscure parts for units as old as the hills. If something is just plain unavailable and not made anymore, he'll let you know. But not before exhausting all avenues of chance. His best advice to you is to have the model, type (if applicable), and serial number of the unit in question when looking for parts. In today's market of multiple and cross-branded products this information is essential in narrowing down a parts search.
As far as getting your parts to you we have many options including Will Call, full UPS services, or Truck Shipments for larger items. Freight costs will be advised up front and shipments can be sent either Collect or Prepaid and Added to Invoice.
